Floriana Marinzuli graduated in 2004 in Foreign Languages and Literatures at the University of Roma Tre, discussing a thesis on Zadie Smith’s Short Stories. In 2007 she took an M.A. in Literary Translation at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, with a dissertation thesis on the poems collection “Feminine Gospels” by the British Poet Laureate Carol Ann Duffy. She is currently writing her PhD thesis on subjectivity and the poetics of Carol Ann Duffy.
She has co-translated and co-edited together with Bernardino Nera, Duffy's latest poems collection "Rapture" (Picador, 2005) published by Del Vecchio Editore (Estasi, 2008).
