Antonio Taglialatela is an Associate Professor of English Linguistics and Translation Studies at the University of Basilicata and a Board Member of the Italian Association of Foreign Language Teachers (ANILS). His main areas of research and publication range from ELF and intercultural communication from sociolinguistic and pedagogical perspectives to EU institutional translation and multilingualism. Antonio is involved in major European projects and is the author of numerous papers published in leading international journals. He has delivered several talks at conferences across Italy and internationally.
