Antonio Taglialatela is a researcher in English Language and Translation at Tuscia University of Viterbo. Antonio completed his PhD in European Languages and Terminology Studies at Parthenope University of Naples and his graduate studies in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation at Sapienza University of Rome. His research interests and publications are concerned with the area of ELF, English language interferences on the Italian language and Plain English, and he is a member of several professional associations such as the European Society for the Study of English, the Italian Association for English Studies, the Italian Association of Foreign Language Teachers, and the REI Network (Directorate-General for Translation), among others.
